Privacy notice
This notice explains how Little RSB uses information about people who contact me through this website. Little RSB is run by Rebecca Orwell, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, who is responsible for your information.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it), what you're looking for and your message.
Why I use it
Only to reply to you and, if you want, to talk about working together. The law allows this because it is in our shared interest that I reply to your message (legitimate interests). I don't send marketing, and I never sell or share your information for marketing.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, and messages from the form are delivered to my inbox by an email company (Resend). They only handle your information to provide these services. Some of their systems may be outside the UK; when they are, they use safeguards approved under UK law.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months after we last spoke, unless you become a customer, in which case I keep it for as long as we work together and as the law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email hello@example.com and I'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
